Photo Op and Current Events

The photo shoot went well. Stupid me had to schedule it during Labor Day weekend so some of the usual suspects could not make it. There was still a turn out of 15 or so riders that all received the spoke card commemorating the event and the possibility of being in a newspaper. Click it for a few pictures of the ride.

The Inlander will have the article in the upcoming issue available Thursday the 4th.

In related news, Spokefest is this coming weekend. Through some frustrating clicking around on their site, I found the actual date of the event. It will be September 7th. That's a Sunday. Registration will cost $10.00 and go toward getting you a t-shirt and a super fun time. The FBC is not associated with this event but we will be there for the 20+ mile route and activities. Go to their site for more details.

SEPTEMBER FULL MOON FIASCO:

To celebrate this time of year, we will be having a Back To School Ride. So get your school clothes on, sharpen your No.2 pencils and grab a Trapper Keeper and meet us down at The Swamp, Monday September 15th. We will be there at 8:00p.m. and ride at 9:00p.m.

  1. Is there going to be a test? Will I need scratch paper/a number 2 pencil? Are calculators allowed?
