This was by far the highest attendance of any FBC event. There were 40ish riders so of course I didn't have enough spoke cards.
We started at The Swamp with some chocolate cake from Janice. I had no idea that there would be cake but it was delicious and went down real smooth with some Olympia Beer.
Once we got started, we took a short ride through Browne's Addition, past the Elk Fest and through downtown to arrive at the Baby Bar for the real festivities.
I would like to say thanks to all the folks that helped make this a really fun night:
-The Baby Bar for the prom venue and help with decorations
-MC Positive Love from The Shop for rockin' the casbah
-The Swamp for hospitality and chocolate cake
-The Scoop for providing solid hookups and a place to fuel my explosive volcanic temper with coffee
-The Lilac City Roller Girls for coming along for the ride and helping to make the party funner
I would also like to thank all those that posted the flyer either here on the interweb or actually in print. Most of which can be found to the left.
FOR PICTURES. THE SPOKE CARD CAN GET YOU TO MINE AND THIS CAN GET YOU MORE.
Be sure to check back for future rides. The next Full Moon Fiasco will be June 18th. I know it's a Wednesday but you have two full weeks to get the day off. The starting place will change. I'm checking with my brain trust over the next few days to get a solid plan for our starting location.
