The focus is on recreation, fitness, and community when we close 4 miles of roadway to automobiles and open up the streets to bikes, pedestrians, skaters, and other human-powered transportation."
"In 2011, we’ll be expanding Spokane Summer Parkways to include three different neighborhoods, one of which will host our first night-time event!
Summer Parkways takes place:
Wednesday, June 22, 6-9 PM- Comstock/Manito Neighborhood
Sunday, July 24, 10AM-2PM- North Hill Neighborhood
Sunday, August 14, 10 AM-2PM- Northwest Neighborhood
